OUR HISTORY
Max CUISINE Restaurants began in April 1964. Buddy Max, a prominent rancher and Washington State native, opened the first restaurant in the remodeled dining room of the Caledonia, an old Seattle hotel he was operating. Buddy's concept for the restaurant was to provide patrons with a top quality, complete steak dinner at an affordable price, served in a warm, comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. That concept has become the tradition of all Max CUISINE Restaurants all across the world.
Today, Buddy Max has over 200 restaurants located in thirteen states throughout the West and Midwest and also in London, Paris, and Rome. Each Max Cuisine restaurant has approximately 55 employees and serves an average of almost 3,000 customers per week. Max Cuisine Restaurants are committed to consistently providing customers with top quality food at reasonable prices and an enjoyable dining experience with warm, friendly service.

For you convenience, we deliver to any location within 10 miles of our restaurants. You can also make reservations online. Please provide a valid phone number because we will call within one hour to verify all online reservations. Your online reservation is only valid if you receive a call-back from us.
