Does it cost anything to be a member of the site?
There are no monthly fees or sign-up charges for shopping at this site. You can browse and shop here 24/7/365 with the same confidence that you might have while shopping at any of our many stores.
What are the delivery charges and times?
Delivery is provided by United Parcel Service and follows their terms and conditions. UPS standard ground service is available Monday through Friday. Sometimes, we also deliver through FedEx and the United States Postal Service. If you live close enough, we might even have an employee deliver your purchase to your house.
Can I place an order without registering on the site?
You must be a logged in shopper in order to place items in your cart.
Which store do the products come from?
Orders are filled at our fulfillment site in Fort Worth, Texas.
How do I navigate the site?
This site is divided into Categories, Sub-categories, and Products. It is designed to make it possible for you to access any area from any other area without having to guess or remember pages that you have accessed.
Can I have product delivered to a different address than my own?
Yes. You can provide a different delivery/shipping address on the registration page or when you complete your order on the checkout page.
How can I pay? Do you accept cash or check? Can I pay the driver?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. We cannot accept checks or cash. UPS, USPS, or FedEx drivers cannot accept payment since they are not employees of My-Retail-Company.
Can I use manufacturer coupons?
The use of electronic coupons is a feature that is not yet available.
How do I exchange an item?
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us so that we may credit your account or make other arrangements to completely satisfy you.
How late can I place my order so it will be delivered the next day?
Orders placed by midnight (Central Time) will be processed and sent out for shipment the next day. Delivery by UPS ground delivery takes between 3 - 7 business days.
If no one is home, will my order still be delivered?
Yes, unless instructed not to do so in the delivery instructions on the checkout page. Leaving a package unattended could also depend on the UPS driver's discretion.
What if I forgot one item, but I already finalized my order?
To add or subtract an item from a completed order, the order must be canceled before midnight of the day it was ordered. Once canceled, the order will be kept in shopping lists as a canceled order. Make sure your cart is empty. While viewing the canceled order via the shopping lists page, add all of the items to your cart. You can then make the necessary changes and re-order.
How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
My-Retail-Company provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from the 'my account' page. After registering, click on "My Account" on the top navigation bar. On the account page is a box to make your choice of receiving E-Mail Newsletters, then click 'update'. You may also contact us to make this change.
Are the prices on this website the same as prices found in your stores?
Product pricing for My-Retail-Company.COM is independent of our stores. However, we try to match them as close as possible.
What is Personally Identifiable Information?
The term 'personally identifiable information' refers to information that, when associated with an individual, can be used to identify him or her.
What are some examples of Personally Identifiable Information?
A first and last name, a home or other physical address - including street name and name of a city or town, an E-mail address, a telephone number, a Social Security number, or any other identifier that may permit the physical or online contacting of a specific individual. For instance, email addresses and other information that is compiled and linked to an email address. Account, billing, and online transactional information are also examples. However, data generated by passively browsing an online site (also known as navigational or clickstream data) does not constitute personally identifiable information unless it is linked to a name, email address, or similar information that identifies an individual.
What is Aggregate Data?
Aggregate data means personal information or non-personal individual information collected from a group of users that has been processed so that it can no longer be used to identify a single, unique individual.

Health Information Content includes information to help consumers stay well, prevent and manage disease, and make decisions related to health and health care, including information for making decisions about health-related products and health services. Can you explain the terms Opt-in and Opt-out?
Opt-in means an affirmative ability for a consumer to accept terms and conditions before participation in a program or activity, or before their personally identifiable information can be used, captured or disclosed. Opt-out means that the consumer is automatically included in the program or activity, or permits certain uses of their personally identifiable information, unless they take affirmative steps to remove themselves or withdraw permission to use or disclose the information.
Regardless of the disclosure an organization makes in the privacy notice about its practice of renting, selling, exchanging or in any way providing personally identifiable information for marketing purposes, an organization that makes such transfers to outside parties must provide individuals with the ability to prevent these transfers in connection with personally identifiable information. Providing individuals with either an opt-in or an opt-out will satisfy this requirement.
