At iNTELLESIS, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to collecting and developing resources that give you a most powerful online experience. You can travel through most of our family of sites without giving us any information about yourself. Collecting your Personal Information

iNTELLESIS may send out periodic emails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You may not be able to choose to automatically unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen. Requesting Removal of your Personal Information

If we collected your information by means of your subscription to a particular mailing list, you can simply request removal from that mailing list by responding according to the Remove Request Instruction stated somewhere in whatever email you may have received from us. We will try to remove your information from that mailing list in a timely manner. If we collected your information by means of your registration of a product purchased from us, we will also honor your request and not send any further mail to you. Whatever the case may be, you may receive other correspondence (mail already processed) while we get to your remove request.

Access to your Persona Information

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time at the Profile Center Web site or Help menu on certain software put out by iNTELLESIS. You can:

• View and edit personal information you have already given us.
• Tell us whether you want iNTELLESIS to send you marketing information.
• Choose whether you want third parties to send you their offers by postal mail or email.
• Subscribe or cancel subscriptions to newsletters about our services and products.

Security of your Personal Information

iNTELLESIS strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Use of Cookies

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, iNTELLESIS may collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. We do not track individuals' use of the site, except by means of counters--these do not collect any other information, but count visitors.

Generally, a common practice on the Internet, when someone visits certain sites, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited that particular site previously.

Web beacons, also known as action tags, or clear gif technology, assist in delivering the cookie(s). This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on key elements (such as links or graphics) on a iNTELLESIS Web page. We do not use this technology to access your personally identifiable information on iNTELLESIS; it is a tool we use to compile aggregated statistics about our Web site usage. We do not share tracking information outside of iNTELLESIS, and do not allow other companies to place clear gifs on our sites.

If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the iNTELLESIS Web site, you will be able to view the text on the screens, however you will not experience a personalized visit nor will you be able to subscribe to certain service or product offerings on the site. You will not be able to perform any Internet technology that needs cookies placed on the customer’s machine.
